Meet Our Staff


Mary Sorano
Manager

Mary is a prime example of staff loyalty and longevity, having started with Around the Clock in 1994 as a Telephone Operator. Her customer and communication skills quickly led her to the position of a Trainer that same year. In 1996, she was promoted to the position of Supervisor, and just two years later, was named as Manager of all administrative and operator personnel, including shift supervisors. As such, she's actively involved with each of our accounts and takes great pains to make sure all quality standards are adhered to even while supervising and taking part in ongoing employee training.
