In the rare event of a power failure in our Wethersfield, CT offices, we have a natural gas-powered electrical generator that would kick in the moment the main power supply shuts down. The generator system includes an automatic transfer switch.

Supervisor

Melissa began her professional career as a customer service rep. for J.C. Penny in 1990. Four years later, she brought her energy and drive to Around the Clock ... first as a Telephone Operator. Six months later, she was promoted to Lead Operator and, in 1997, to Shift Supervisor. Like all our supervisors, Melissa oversees daily operations and takes part in ongoing training. Her flexibility is such that she's available to work all three shifts as needs and circumstances require.
